A few weeks ago I met up with Liza, Matt and Lulu in Boston’s South End for their family photography session. We were lucky to have a warm enough day where we could leave our coats behind and run free in the neighborhood. We headed into the Southwest Corridor and let their beautiful one-year-old daughter Lulu lead the way. Despite the late bloom this spring, we managed to find some flowering trees and the first round of daffodils to burst through the soil. Then we skipped across the street to Titus Sparrow Park where Lulu made her love of swings known. It’s a bold statement but I’ve never seen a 1 year old flash her pearly whites at me so many times. Lucky photographer.
This is the Southwest Corridor on the border of the South End and Back Bay. It’s an amazing community space that was built about 10 years ago. It’s essentially right behind the Prudential building so there’s great views of the Boston skyline from the walkway.
The daffodils at Titus Sparrow Park! One of the brightest spots along our journey in early Spring.
